Becoming healthy is easier said than done. Most of us are eating way too much sugar, and it’s not doing our health any favors, feeling tired and overwhelmed is the new normal.
During this session, we will learn about sugar, but most importantly we will learn how to replace it, and how to deal with sugar cravings. This session teaches you to make a lifestyle change, this is not a quick diet or calorie counting program.
