Dehydrated Apple Slices With Cinnamon
It will take about 8-12 hours to dehydrate the apples in the food dehydrator. Slice the apples as thin as possible. You don’t need to peel them. Place apple slices on dehydrator trays and sprinkle them with cinnamon powder. Be sure none of the pieces are touching and that there is some space around each slice for air to circulate. Set the temperature for 130 F. Turn on the dehydrator and dry the apples until they are crispy. Store in a glass jar. It makes a great alternative to crisp, and it is a fab finger food for small children.
